Saab body module TWICE Memory device is Motorola MC68HC05X32 QFP64 package. Expected file size is 256 bytes. Use T5 transponder. Written transponder is ready programmed to start the vehicle.
Important note: Motorola MCU is with locked eeprom area, you have to use proper programmer to read it.
